2.OEM市場主管 工作內容 ? Develop critical relationships with customer engineering and manufacturing team members within the assigned customer base to support overall growth plan. ? Serve as marketing spokesperson to customer materials engineering and paint manufacturing groups. ? Manage corrective steps to resolve customer issues. ? Provide a Voice of Customer to the Sales, Technical, and Manufacturing functions. ? Lead various marketing initiatives with assigned customer group. ? Support new product line launches and technology transfers in all regions. ? Contribute technical expertise in translating product data into effective marketing and sales tools. ? Make written and oral presentations to customers. ? Assist the OEM Marketing Manager in aligning customer product approvals with company strategies. 任職要求 ?Undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or other technical field. ?Adept at working in a multi-cultural environment. ?Experience working in a global environment a plus. ?Knowledge of PVB application processes. ?Must possess at least 1-5 years of relevant automotive and/or PVB industry experience to include a combination of technical, operational, and commercial roles. ?Experience working in an R&D environment and bringing new products to market is highly preferred. ?Ability to influence customers and establish strong customer relationships. ?Capable of managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. ?Proven problem-solving and analytical skills with data-based decision making capability. ?Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into product offerings / solutions. ?Strong IT, computer, and data processing skills.?Proficiency in MS Office is a must.
