Details of Responsibility 1. Be responsible for direct communications with client consultants, lawyers and third parties 2. Communicate with evidence specialists to pass/receive investigation information and process investigation reports; 3. Coordinate in daily investigation arrangement and supervise third party vendors' cases; 4. Conduct online search and notarization for investigation cases; 5. Manage the client’s databases; 6. Maintain internal database and filing; 7. Some other secretarial support to line manager. Requirements to the Job ? Bachelor degree in English or law; ? Experience in IP work is obviously an asset for this position; ? Good English writing/oral skills (TEM 8 or equivalent); ? Good Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel and Powerpoint, etc.); ? Basic knowledge on foreign trade and IP related law is a good addition; ? Good communication skills with different departments; ? Patient, detail-minded, initiative & self-disciplined; ? Can work under pressure, a team player.
