Responsibility: Responsible for the whole life cycle management of KA customers, leading the completion of the company's medium and high complex software projects on the customer side. Responsible for the whole process management of project delivery, controlling project risks, ensuring delivery schedule, quality and cost control. Be able to flexibly deal with various problems of on-site team cooperation. Responsible for successful customer service after project delivery, solve customer problems in use, provide product training and guidance, improve customer satisfaction, and sort out best practice cases .4. Have a certain demand analysis and demand design ability, can accurately grasp the customer's business demand pain points. Able to accurately identify and understand the actual pain points of customers, give reasonable suggestions combined with the company's solutions, and actively promote product function iteration and experience optimization. 5. Able to accurately identify potential improvement needs of customers and cooperate with sales team to promote re-purchase transformation. Requirements: 1. Master the project management knowledge system and project management process, have strong planning and risk management ability, PMP, ITIL, ACP certificate is preferred. 2. Ability of requirement analysis and system design is preferred. 3. Know and have actual contact with O&M products or tools: automation tools, log analysis tools, monitoring tools.
