Job Description: As the Global HR Director at Sailglobal, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive human resources strategy that aligns with our business objectives. Key Responsibilities: HR Strategy & Leadership: -Develop and implement a global HR strategy that aligns with our business goals and supports our rapid growth. -Lead and manage the HR team, ensuring alignment and collaboration across all HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and HR operations. -Provide strategic guidance to the executive team on HR matters, including organizational design, workforce planning, and employee engagement. Talent Acquisition & Management: -Oversee the global talent acquisition strategy to attract and hire the best talent in a competitive market. -Develop and implement talent management practices that support the growth and development of employees, including performance management, career development, and succession planning. -Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace, ensuring that Sailglobal attracts and retains talent from diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
