Job Description: As the Head of Global Revenue Growth at Sailglobal, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's revenue strategy, ensuring sustainable and scalable growth across global markets. You will lead a high-performing team focused on revenue operations, sales strategy, and performance optimization. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance, you will develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue, drive customer acquisition, and enhance customer lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities: Revenue Strategy Development: -Develop and execute a comprehensive global revenue growth strategy that aligns with business objectives and accelerates top-line growth. -Identify new revenue streams and opportunities for market expansion, ensuring Sailglobal’s offerings meet the needs of diverse global markets. -Work closely with the executive team to set ambitious revenue targets and develop plans to achieve them. Sales Leadership & Optimization: -Lead the global sales team, driving performance and accountability through clear metrics and KPIs. -Implement best-in-class sales processes, tools, and technologies to optimize sales efficiency and effectiveness. -Develop and refine sales strategies to improve conversion rates, shorten sales cycles, and increase deal sizes. Revenue Operations & Analytics: -Oversee revenue operations, ensuring seamless integration between sales, marketing, and customer success to drive revenue growth. -Utilize data-driven insights to monitor and analyze revenue performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement. -Develop and maintain revenue forecasts, budgets, and financial models to support strategic decision-making. Customer Acquisition & Retention: -Collaborate with the Marketing team to design and implement customer acquisition strategies that drive lead generation and conversion. -Develop strategies to enhance customer retention and increase customer lifetime value, working c
